Thanks for the kind words! I am on the mend. Nicotine out of my system while in the hospital and now just fighting the urge. Successful! I have quit the the smokes. (lost a couple of pounds, too). Just taking it easy for a while. Anyone need a SBS on heart attacks?

Mark,
the first thing I did after leaving the hospital when i was stented is pickup my tobacco again. Smoked very succesfully :) the next three years.
And on one morning when i smoked my first and get a big cough, i trowed it all away. Never thought about it, never did it again.
That's the easiest way: Don't start or do it again.
Hope you can do it......it's so easy...
Now i think: why i didn't do it before...it's only a matter of not doing it.

Good luck,

Mark,

I quit smoking while still in high school. I was smoking a pack a day when I was 16 years old. There is a trick to quitting - most people have the wrong attitude about it. Let me know if you want the low-down SBS on a smoke free life. (okay, tobacco-free anyway).... :D

Cheers!!

Mike
