I recently, through my own stupidity, broke a sword sling on the CGS figure I've just started work on. I contacted Gra and he replaced it free of charge no questions asked. Outstanding service from a top notch company.

having known graham for a few years this is the type of bloke he is,he is a perfectionist and prides himself on giving a good service for his products

I have not ever had less than exemplary service from Gra.

In fact he put a personal note in the box packaging of my last
purchase to the effect that HE could detect a tiny air bubble in the resin BELOW the surface of the casting and would replace it if I was unhappy.
I couldn't find it !
