I live in a residential conservation area with no shops. There is right in the middle of the area a small building that has been a lawyers office for decades. It closed when the last partner retired and has been empty for a couple of years, not being suitable for retail under the conservation plan

Del that's truly amazing:

I read somewhere last year, that in Australia,
Over all the time since they began to keep records of
shark attacks and their victims occupations;
the only career not so far listed amongst those bitten are
