Things could be looking up in Grangemouth, shortly after my last post I received a text, "Fit lyke manny the pub is 20 mins awa. At the spoons will recce rest of pubs in the area"
It might not be so bad after all.

The only pub I've been into in Grangemouth was The Earl of Zetland and that was a few years ago so I don't know if it's still open.
It was OK think it might have been a Weatherspoons.

Just Googled it Derek and yes it's still open and obviously the one my pal was in. Bit of a coincidence (or maybe omen) as the Earl of Zetland lived at Aske Hall near Richmond, N. Yorks.
