Hello all, my name's Brian and after nearly a decade hiatus, I'm back on the modeling scene. Primarily work in in 54 and 90mm with interest in Napoleonics but any historical or fantasy subject is fine. For now I'll be in lurk mode as I try to reabsorb all the pointers from the wonderful planeteers here to get back in the game.

Cheers!

Hello, Brian! ... By all means 'Lurk', away and chip in as and when you wish to.;) .. Not all of us have 'Big nasty pointy Teeth',.. (only about 80%):D

Welcome and enjoy your stay.

Regards,

Mark

Hi Brian ,

Welcome to PF ...and back to the hobby , look forward to seeing your work ...feel free to ask away ...someone will know the answer.

Nap (no teeth!)

Thank you all for your warm welcome. I've already learned and re-learned some things from here. On my to-do list is retrofitting my 90mm Captain by Andrea I finished quite some time ago. He needs a new base which I never got around to completing (son being born at the time). Anyway enjoy and appreciate everyone's expertise.
p.s. my apologies for poor quality photo.

Brian. A very intricate piece even at 90mm! ..it looks very good to my eye, lovely colours and clean painting.(y) ..As does the 'Poste Militaire', 90mm 'General Kato', in the background. I presume the mounted figure is also 'General Kato', from Poste Militaire. Nice work.

Regards,

Mark

Thanks Mark!
And indeed that is the Kato as sculpted by the great Ray Lamb and a great build. Once I get a decent camera setup I can hopefully get better pics up.
Cheers. :)
