Twice I thought this rather pointless and counter-productive thread had died a natural and well-earned death, but twice now it's been resurrected from the grave, and all it's doing is giving rise to unfounded and - as far as the vast majority of companies are concerned - unfair speculation about who the "culprit" in this case could be.
As a wise man once said: "Either pee, or get off the pot". And as there seems to be precious little peeing occurring on the part of the OP (save to clarify one solitary case of who it's not), there seems to be little point in letting this rumble on and degenerate further.
And for the record, disputes with traders or other members are best dealt with privately. Only in clear (and preferably verifiable) cases of dishonesty, fakery and other sharp practices should such threads be started. But in that case, name and shame - otherwise there's no point to it whatsoever, and it ends up doing everyone a disservice.
