I have had the great pleasure of watching this figure from the start and believe me the photos do not do it real justice.
It is a wonderful bit of work and the painting makes it so very different from your average Templar. One thing that does not show in the photos is the quality of the shield he carries. If you enlarge the photo as much as you can you will find a very subtle splash of blood across his shield, not the rivers of blood we modelers are prone to add.
Wonderful bit of work as I am sure Euro pilgrims will see.
