Been looking in for an age and picking up many tips etc so thought it was about time to sign up.

Napoleonic are my thing, just love the colour etc.

Look forward to learning more and when I work out the uploading for pictures will share a few of my efforts.

I dont upload pictures directly right in the forum, so i can tell you how i do it. Other people can tell you their way:

Step 1: Make a http://photobucket.com/ account. It is easy and it is free.

Step 2: Upload your photos there. Just click the big green button on the home screen "UPLOAD"

Step 3: When you upload a picture, you receive a lot of options for her. Select the last one, called "IMG Code". It will automatically copy the link.

Step 4: Paste the code in your message and voi la, you´ve got your picture on your post.

It is quick and easy.

And, for my point of view, brings two advantages: it doesn´t use space in the forum server (so, less space, less data traffic, less expense) and you can position the picture(s) in any point of the message that you would like.

Any doubt, just ask!

Thanks for that. I have a photobucket account so will try some postings from there.

Have also noticed the upload a file feature which I have tested so here is a shot of my last project warts & all
