I am trying to find where these figures are from. Both measure 90mm without the plinth but i just can't find them anywhere online.

Can anyone help identify what series they are from?

the second one was released in 1979 by Ensign Miniatures but other than eBay I have no idea of a source.

Good luck

Bill

Catalogue entry for the ensign figure is autumn 1978, lieutenant bluecoat regt 1642-44.

They also released an ensign lamplughs regt of foot 1644.

Both are 100mm

I think they were the only two releases.

The top picture l can't identify.

Wow, that was quick. 1970's, no wonder i was struggling. Looks safe to say they are both from the same guy.

Thanks all

I was hoping to get the missing bits but i guess that's out

Found the catalogue page but still struggling with the 1st one.

Not sure what to do with them now. Like i said, i wanted to trace the missing pieces.

Sorry for any confusion, i actually own these. I bought them with some others and i was trying to identify where they came from to see if i could find the missing parts.

Hi Chris

Great to see these , as you say looks like both by the same sculptor , I remember the second but not the first

As for replacement pieces , you could see about a 3D version of the hat or use magisculpt or perhaps plastic card and sand into shape for the pointy bit

Not sure what the first was holding perhaps a sword

The name Jarvis or similar keeps coming to mind as well for some reason

I have sent you a profile message as well

Sorry can’t be more helpful

Happy hunting

Not saying it's intended, but the Royalist officer reminds me a little bit of Sir Alec Guinness as Charles I in "Cromwell".

Prost!
