I was playing a bit more with the collars, not perfect, but fingers are itchy for a new clay :)
Maybe a few wrinkles to add on the forehead, and then in the oven:

The only suggestion I can make is to add some fine creases and lines to the eye pouches themselves and below the lower eye pouches. Don't know if that would help or not. The likeness is so good right now, I'd be tempted to leave it as is.

Are you planning to thin the edges of the shirt collars? Would look better a bit thinner.

Thanks for letting me make suggestions! Hope I helped a little.

All the best,
Dan

I do not like shirt collars in whole, but now it will be a problem to change them without destroying coat collar and part of the neck. Maybe I'll just thin the edges as You said.
Your comments were very helpful, thanks !

Thinned and fixed shirt collars, added a tiny part of lower eyelids of the outer corners (visible on ref images).
I do not know how this looks to other eyes, but this is my first sculpt after more than 5 years of learning that I actually like.
Sure, on the pics many errors are visible, and it could be much better, but I like it. Really strange feeling, as I hated all of the previous pieces the second they were finished :)
