Hi, renarts. I'll put up a new pic of the carabinier on which I've used metal foil soon and thanks for the encouragement.

It's a bit ghoulish to show this pic as the injury would clearly have been immediately mortal but it does demonstrate that cuirasses (in this case, a Carabinier's) were highly reflective.

Hi, renarts. Here's a pic of the Bare-Metal foil used on a 120mm Verlinden Lancer helmet. Areas covered were the dome of the helmet and the chinstraps. The brass section holding the crest and the visor were finished in Sylmasta Light Gold as it was too difficult to fit the foil around the mouldings.
