Howdy Tony, and welcome to the Planet! Someone is sure to lend a hand, I'm not well versed on all this computer stuff.

hi joe, well its like teaching an old dog new tricks, but you know what they say if at first you dont succeed -- give up, lol. im useless on the pc thats why i havnt come on the site for soo long, ahhh well crickets on soon!

Hi tony. go to your picture source, right click find the edit image instruction look for 'compress' click and save as web image.
Might vary slightly but that should sort it out.

Sometime, even a Webb image is to big ( large ) in size

xxx Pixels by xxx Pixels
for reducing the size, simply open the Paint program that come ( for free ) with ALL window standard installation
load you image in it
choose resize ( stay in % ) and replace the first number 100 by 50 and youpla you have reduced the size by 50%, save it, send it
Best

thanks del, thanks mirofsoft for the advice on the pics, i sussed it out in the end, i just reduced my camera from 10m down to 03m, yeah my main passion del is native american/western ive litterally hundreds to get round doing, but i do like - vikings, french hussars (painted as the 5th rgt), samurai`s, airborne figures, and the british army from the 80`s up to present! but if a nice figure comes along that i like i might stray, lol. but my eyes have gone now del i need those modelling glass`s your wearing, lol.

Welcome Tony! .. This is a good site to be on! ... and its always good to have a broad scope of figures to paint! .. it keeps the interest going.

PS! ... In reference to 'Dels', glasses' ... they are his 'Driving Specs',... :nailbiting::nailbiting: !!!

Regards,

Mark
