Thanks for posting Benoit. You have done one of the finest Native Americans I have seen in a long time. I look forward to painting this figure.

Perfectly when there are new works on a theme of national America and history of development of the West - very good miniature Benoit. I hope to see and new works. Yours faithfully, Sergey.
 
Beautiful work Benoit. The anatomy and pose are great and the face is excellent (shame the ears got covered eventually because they're very good too!) I like the way the blanket is sculpted too. Good work on the feathers too; I'd probably substitute foil for thinness but their texture looks very nicely done.

One minor historical point, Native American bows would generally be quite a bit less robust than this, tending to be of the 'flat bow' type and toward the knocks they would really be quite flat. What you've depicted looks more like a European longbow.
