How does one set up a vbench

I have a new digital camera, some putty, a large pile of unmade figure kits and some time on my hands which I would like to put to good use. How do I set up a vbench for myself?

Sorry to jump into the middle of this topic. I have just tried that link, filled out the form and it tells me one or more required fields have not been filled in. The only line not filled in was the remarks or comments block which does not appear to be a required field as its not highlighted. What could I be doing wrong?

It is the comments block, I had the same problem then I wrote something in it and my application was processed.
