Chez Fernando, not Fernando. The software is 'helping' a bit too much. The boeuf bourguignon was exquisite. Chez Fernando on Rue Christine - like a little country French restaurant in the Rive Gauche of Paris. Lots of fun!

I'd counter that I've been to a couple good ones in Canada & the US... but when Higher Headquarters has her mind made up....
Poor me. I'll just have to suffer with French cooking while in Paris.

Hey, I was just quoting Higher Headquarters. No intended slight to Belgian beers. Kinda prefer an extra hop-py IPA myself.

No problem, I didn't took it as a critic at all, just as a brutal chauvinist I insisted on Belgian Beer ( I'm a beer drinker, at least 3-4 time a year ..... truly ).
