Italeri 6017 (1/72)

Hello guys!
I recently finished my first diorama. I used Italeri 6017 kit (1/72 scale). Until now I only painted separate miniatures. So this was a very interesting and challenging project. There are some areas that I would have liked to do more work on, but I ran out of time as I need to move on to the next project.
Now I'll let pictures talk.

looks nice. well done especially for your first diorama. the blues seem a little too bright, could probably be toned down some, otherwise, all is fine.

IMHO the blue is ok, for napoleonic train soldiers wore those light blue uniforms...:

Here are some detail pictures. (Sorry for the blue ear of the brown horse. It's due to a small accident prior to the photo shooting. I only noticed it after I downloaded pictures from camera. )

Very nice and they look larger than 1/72 - congrats. I think I would be tempted to vary the colour of the shako covers on the infantry.

Khorn, at this scale this is the top level of details I could achieve. Maybe I could have done better on wagon and terrain if I had some more time. But I plan to came back on it someday.

Thank you Colin. I used as inspiration the illustration from the box of the kit. I loved that illustration.
