No eating at the workbench what so ever. Perhaps a soda or cup of coffe(espresso) standing at a desk behind me.
I do however like to lissen to music or audiobooks.

The tip of my brush is the thing that ends up in my mouth the most often. Other than that fruits, especially mandarins - cuties (no seeds) because kids do not like seeds.

Coffee by the bucket... black with loads of sugar, keeps me going on the late night sessions. Cheese curds so the rumbling stomach doesn't waake the house on those same sessions

I'm a big Pop Tart fan. Though my favorite workbench snack is a Guinness in a pint glass...or a Sam Adams.

Coffee mostly left out of peripheral so I don't dip brush by accident .
Occasionally red wine but I've realised recently not to many as brush starts to wonder.
Don't eat really unless I leave my station for a break.
Other than that good music, especially sound tracks like Gladiator or Lotr, bit of Air perhaps, nice and easy!

Adult beverages and occasionally coffee but the caffine usually gets in the way of detail painting.

a handful of chocolate chip cookies...store bought or home made... never met one I didn't like, some are just better than others! Glass of milk is optional since I tend to forget its there as I paint.......no diet cokes during paint time...a little bit of caffeine gets the brush hand shaking ever so slightly.
