I had similar issues a while back trying to buy a figure off him, and started a similar thread to yours. He appeared to ignore several e-mails before he eventually replied a few weeks later, when I was at the point of giving up.

He never used to be like that, but I think he's a bit hit & miss as far as communication goes these days. Others have reported quick responses and no issues with him.

All you can do is keep trying if it's a figure that you really want.

When I have order figures from Jeff,I send a message via email,with title order and he is going to answer
I send also one time a message here and also no answer,just say the way I did
