Sehr schön,schade daß es nur aneinen kleinen Kreis von Kunden verkauft wird

It is indeed and yet the irony is, that it is clearly one or more of the trusted 'band of brothers' who he only sells to who unfairly then pass them on to the China pirates to copy and which causes him frequent diatribes about the matter here on PF.

Unbelievable!!!!!! This would be great for a long thin shelf. Just like you would do with your railroad collection.. Oh no...... I just gave Jeff another idea, falschirmjagers on a train in 120mm. 😂😂😂😂

Sorry but could you elaborate? So I can't just order one but have to be whitelisted or something? Never got a figure of this manufacturer but was planning to in the near future.

It has been posted and stated by Jeff himself on this very site that he only sells to a limited number of existing 'trusted' customers - I think about 50 from previous declarations - in an attempt to avoid his figures being bought and then copied by Ali-E pirates. Do a search for previous PF threads to confirm this. Irrespective, they always seem to somehow get on that selling platform (and quickly) so clearly if that is the case, then it is highly suggestive and invites an inference to be drawn- NOT a statement of fact - that someone is passing them on among the existing approved buyers. IF so, then this appears to defeat the purpose of the business model in not allowing new customers to buy and so, they will probably and however unfairly possibly then decide to get them from.....!

Drop him a line directly and see how you get on as he may have since revised his selling model?

As far as I know Jeff does not cast his kits by himself but outsourced his production to a casting service. The same did several European companies to increase their income and decrease production costs - among them Andrea Miniatures for example. The consequences for the availibility of recasts are obvious.... Jeff's marketing strategy to release special kits just within a circle of trusted customers might leave out the fact that the casting service for his releases has to be very reliable as well. That said it is sad to learn that he is according to Hauke not open for critical feedback and as a consequence excludes you from the circle of trusted customers or from his customers at all.
It is at the end of the day all about keeping the balance between the support of the customers and protecting your property....
