As above from Mike, Jeff - an excellent set of figures, beautifully animated to add interest to the vehicle.
Now, if you could just do them in 1/35 to go with Tamiya's 38(t) kit...…..

What is the driver holding? Microphone control? What color are uniforms in this setting? Early war?

The original picture was made in Summer 1941 in the Soviet Union and shows an 38 (t) tank of the 7., 8., 12., 19. or 20. Panzer-Division,
recognizable by the additional armor protection. Here a photo from the same series...:

During the "Western campaign" the tanks had none - and the crews wore the old Panzer Beret...:
