Ok, today i was actually able to make it to the modelling table and actually do some painting (i've been trying to finish some tanks I started a while back 
)
Anyways, I started painting the pants bit of my German knight and i decided on a red. All i did so far is added some shadows (with washes since it's a little hard to access is some areas) and I think it's looking good so far.
Just for the paints I used Vallejos' Red and mixed citadels Radab black wash with a Devlan Mud wash and dilughted them a bit and did about 3 coats of washes. It's feeling good to see him come together.
For the Surcoat, I haven't got around to mixing paints again to get that orange but I will get back to it soon. Lucky thing I wrote down the mix
And finally heres some pics:
One thing I want to mention is that his hands isn't going on until i have finished painting his surcoat due the it maybe making life bitr difficult.
