Tought I´ll post some olds stuff so you guys think I'm creative, or something. Here is a Karolin from the defeat at Poltava 1709. The subject is a cavalryman minus the horse. The figure (all except the face, which is from some stock figure) was first sculpted using Duro and, I think, some Sylmasta. Painting was done using Humbrol, some W&N oils and little Polly S (Valeijo wasn’t around at the time, well, not In Sweden anyway). It was my second attempt at sculpting and painting in that scale, which by the way is 54mm. Critique is welcome even if it´s old. ;)

regards
Joachim

Joachim,

First of all, welcome to the planet. This is the world where little man and woman come alive.
And i must say, you did a tremdous job at the sculpting and painting.
I will ask for more.

Joachim, Great job on the figure. It's also a period that is slowly gaining some interest among sculptors. Welcome to Pf.~Gary
