Greetings.
At last an update.
Drums in place, The tunic needs to have the high's and lows added. and sticks fixed.
I have painted the Contraption for holding the drum Blue and slightly shaped them into a pair of trousers I have also added a yellow stripe,

That looks pretty darn good to me.Ive bern reading and looking at the references with your WIP and its interesting.A subject i know nowt about but with the drums its very eye catching.Will you show this at Euro Expo?.

Looks good Mick. I'm having a base made for mine which should be ready by the end of the month. Then I can really begin. I might start the drums though if I clear my bench before the base is ready. I like the idea of painting the drum mount as trousers.

The Contraption to hold the drums has turned out very nice as a pair of trousers just needs a little bit of shaping and it brings it together.

Below is the Two Kettle Drummers of the 4th Royal Irish Dragoon Guards 1, with Kettle Drums the other the straight Full Bust.

Also a quick pick of the other two I have painted todate. The lancer is on the bench at the Moment.
They are 8th Royal Irish Hussars & 6th Inniskilling Dragoon Guard.
