Kettle drummer flat

Hello everyone,

It has been a long time since I finished anything so be gentle. This is a Quadri Concept flat in I'm guessing 90 or 100mm. I found it quite challenging. The picture is taken with an iPhone and is likely the best I can do with regard to photography. It is painted In oils over acrylics because I don't know any better. All critiques are welcome.

Me too, I think this is a very good work, very soft, precise, clean. I love the clever detail of the shadow, under the left rein, drum and saddle.

A very nice rendition of this classic flat. I did this myself a few years ago and can testify it has loads of challenging elements for the painter. You've done a smashing job there.

Marc, that may be one of the best one line definitions of flat painting I've seen. I agree!!! After piddling some more and taking what I hope is a better picture this is the final result.
