What can I possibly say except THANK YOU for all your posts, I am humbled and honoured to count all on PF amongst my friends .
As Andrew (I will send parcel asp ) said SWMBO contacted him and went into overdrive in panic god bless her ..I have had severe chest pains , all checked out and still kicking just have to take it easy ..guess thats the extreme modelling out then !!!!
What this incident has done is made me realise how precious life, family and friends are.
I am very much here ..still good looking and hoping to get some reviews done in next day or so (thought you had got rid of me eh
You all have no idea how I feel about the reponses so if you see me just prod me to check I am still going .
I would like to thank my mate Jimbo for his quick response and securing his No 1 position in trying aquiring my GA incase of any future happenings ....Nice try mate but I like seeing you drool !!!!
Kev,
I thought it was worth a try for first grab your vast grey army mate! You never know your luck!
But of course just really glad your all okay and alive & kicking.
Cheers
Jim
I have only just read this and I am in total shock. Kev is a real good friend of mine and despite us living a good distance away from each other keep in touch regularly. I thought he hadnt emailed me much lately but thought he and Carole had gone away for her birthday. Kevin is the nicest guy anyone could meet and a real good painter of busts. I really hope that he recovers soon from this.
I've stopped panicking now and read the other posts. Also I have phoned Kev and he is very much alive. Despite my panicking I still say he is one of the nicest guys out there and I am real glad he is ok. Now Kev, picking up a paintbrush does not constitute light exercise. What I want to see is some pressups with an Andrea Centurian bust on your back. (They're really heavy)
I haven't been on the forum for the last few days due to family commitments and just read this thread. Firstly I was shocked to hear of Kev's tragic news then relieved to read it's all been a misunderstanding , I'm just glad I read it through to the end.
Kev take it easy and it might just help to squash any other rumours if you could post a picture of yourself holding up an edition of this mornings newspaper.
Cheers Ken
Cor!..... If all you wanted, was a few meals in bed, serverd by someone dressed in a nurse uniform!... you should have let me know!..... Sheesh! another opportunity missed. Damn-it!. Glad your ok, Nap!
Ps, Gordy was relying on you for help with computers !............ or was that someone else?
My sincere prayers go to you, Kevin, for a speedy recovery from this temporary setback of yours . May The Good Lord watch over you and yours in this time of need .
Cheers !
Kenneth.
Kev, I'm delighted to see that things are not as bad as first feared. You must listen to what's said and take things easy for a time and of course nothing is more relaxing a therapy than painting. Perhaps you could try getting a few paints, brushes etc on prescription.
