It is very stylish choice and bright smart fantasy.

Hi William,
What changes would you suggest to improve the groundwork?
Cheers

Sorry - double post! My internet connection's playing up again this morning.

I'm not sure how is the wood base looking like. And it seems like a normal size for 54mm. isn't? Please tell if I'm wrong...
For my personal taste only, it would be having a nice dramatic ground work with dead tree on the bigger wood base. Or the castle scene....etc. I knew some modeler are not enjoying with too much dramatic. But it would be great with some story telling or background to round it up. Sorry for my poor English.
Again, my personal taste only. :)
Because I have this model kit under my bed too. lol.

Excellent Rodrigo. The shield is an eyecatcher and the work on the horse is marvelous too. I saved you photos as an example for when I start on my copy of this figure. God knows when that will be...

Congratulations.

Thanks for the response.
I generally prefer to have at least two figures on a base so that they kind of tell a story to me. But that's just my personal preference.

That is pretty much how I feel,.... 'The Story',. is very important. not just to you, but to those who also look at it, as it gives the whole project some visual context. (y)

Absolutely.
I've lost count of the times visitors to our place, who really don't comprehend what the miniature figurines hobby is all about, have turned around and commented that they understand "The Story". My wife returned from an evening out with her girlfriends yesterday, took one look at the project I was working on and said, "That's almost the same as George and the Dragon". It's pretty encouraging.
Cheers
