Hi Dan! Wonderful piece of work! What else can I say that hasn't been said already. Seeing this in person will be another reason why I can't hardly wait for MMSI this year! Hopefully we will see you there. Great Job-
Scott
The figures are a mix of all kinds of stuff, Verlinden, Hornet, New World Miniatures, Wolf, Friendship Models, DML all kinds of stuff really. Now that I look at that patch it is a little funky position wise. I'll see if I can toy around with it a bit. Thanks again! This is absolutely superb, I cant think of a better dio that Ive seen.
Those figures alone are fantastic but added to the buildings and groundwork, well !!!
Where are the figures from ?
Am I allowed to make one tiny teeny comment ?
The shoulder wings on the PIAT (?) Gunner look a little awkward in relation to the angle of the arm !
Very much in awe,
Andy
Here you go Dan:

That's one impressive piece of work Dan!
The dio exhibits amazing attention to detail and a high and consistent quality of work.
Overall composition is excellent, with the three levels; coming from the Arnhem area I must gripe that the river bank is a bit extreme in its depiction though. The high quay wall and rocky shore you will not find in this part of the netherlands.
Nevertheless, the dio breathes the Arnhem-atmosphere and with all the details finished at such a high level it is a piece of modelling art!
And I am very envious of your discipline that allows you to finish something like this in about half a year! Man...
Cheers,
Adrian
I don't know if you've answered this one already Dan. Wheres the tram from?
Carl.
Excellent work, my friend!
best regards
Artur

Dan, a stunning diorama with excellent painting and composition , amazing work. Will you be taking it to any shows.?
Cheers Ken
I will be bringing it to MMSI, Long Island, MFCA and some local shows as well. Thats if it's not sold before hand. Thanks for the compliment!
Dan, I really hope that you and at least one of your masterpieces can make it out to the west coast some day, I would love to see one of your pieces in the flesh.
