Lawrence of Arabia figure

Hi,
A friend of mine found this figure in his stash and gave it to me.
I did some searching and was not able to find any info on it. Mostly, I'm curious who produced it. It looks like a very nice rendition of Lawrence of Arabia as played by Peter O'Toole.

Hi Craig,
if you look at the top left hand side of the Boxart there is LL044 which is for Ledgends and Lore.
Great figure !!

The concensus seems to run towards Legends and Lore.
Funny though, even adding that to my search efforst I still get no good results.
