Hi guys,
Well, I finally got my brushes out to put some colour onto my first sculpt. Painted in enamels, I know its not to the high standard of most posts here these days, but I enjoyed doing it, nonetheless!!
Early pics minus metallics, latter ones with hint of gold on headdress.

Many thanks for the comments, guys. Am a bit out of practice with the brush at the moment, so was nice to sit and paint for a change.
Stephan - like the idea of a catchlight in the eye, but basically, I didnt want to stuff it up if it went wrong!! will have to practice on another!
