One question ...some pics have medal ribbons on some have none ?

If I may HM The Queen never got the BEM but at the time after war ie : late '45 she would have had The Defence Medal and the War Medal 39-45

There is a picture dtd 1953 which has these in addition to George V Silver Jubilee and George VI Coronation and also tge Canadian Forces Decoration ....sure I have posted these details somewhere else !
