Hi, Planeteers!

I'd like to share a resource I've recently discovered, which I think will be of interest to those of you who do any work on subjects from the 18th century, particularly from North American and Britain. That is Townshends.

Townshends supply re-enactors and living history fans with materials through their website, https://www.townsends.us/ But even more interesting is their YouTube channel, https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCxr2d4As312LulcajAkKJYw

So far, I've been watching the videos on cooking, including things like building an earthen oven, but also on building techniques, and even topics branching out into other areas of daily life. There are several videos just on writing and posting letters.

It's worth bookmarking the channel and adding it to your collection of resources, and I hope you find it as interesting as I do.

Prost!
Brad

They have a great YouTube channel! I have tried several of the recipes and they have been great,

I agree that they would be a great reference resource!
