Look what I found in the loft

So I was looking through the loft at my parents house when I found an old box. Opened it up to find some of my old models from my childhood and these great figures from Tamiya (1/35 scale)

They aren't the best in terms of the paint job as I was very young when I did them, but they are such cool figures.

There is a german machine gun crew and front line infantry men. Most of them are broken (missing arms or weapons) as they have been stored in boxes and moved around a lot and forgotten about.

The happy memories of this kind of thing and the Airfix figures you posted earlier is one of the reasons why many of us come back to modeling and figure painting when we get older.

Cool to see.

Should I find any of my models from younger days, I think all of them are gone, I would enter them as a Junior or Youth at a competition. That must be allowed, wouldnt it?

Haha give it a try I found loads in the loft. A few 1/72 scale figures too but I didn't post those as they look like I painted them with the lights off Nice looking at all my old stuff though brought back some memories
