Looking for Trouble

Here is another PiliPili figure that I have done. It is the 120mm Cavlier. I have painted it as a Spanish Cavlier. It was underpainted with acrylics and enamels and finished with oils. I added the cup of wine being spilt to add a bit to the scene.

The spilled wine is a nice touch and does add something to the vignette.

What I think would improve your painting is a liittle bit more contrast (darker shadows and lighter highlights). That would really 'spice up' your painting and give more presence to the whole scene.
