hi!
well back to my favorite scale ( after my 54 mm 30th Regt. of Foot at the Alma) with this nice fig Sculpted by Carl Reid. 75mm maybe more like 70mm scale ...
Although it does not quite match up to Pegaso or Romeo standards, it was a great experience painting this fig, especially with these asthonishing baggy trousers.
Most of the work was in the highlighting and shading of the trousers.
oil painted only
the main defect resides in the hands which are very poor both in their anatomy and sculpture.
A few bubbles had to be taken care of all around.
But what I really like, apart from the fact that this fig is rarely seen is the attitude of the fig itself.
