WIP Critique Magister Militum part 5

hello Guys,
I thought it was time to border you with the next WIP.
The man is finished. Only need to paint the shield. (done it five times now and it isn't again in the terpentine).
Maybe i need some tweaks here and there, but I cannot see them. Maybe you all can help.
Let's hear.......
