I have now finished this superb bust From Micks Micks
All painted in acrylics, oil for the face and some inks.

That is VERY eye catching! I especially like the pic with the stone wall background. The color tones are much better. It really brings out the uniform and cap colors. And, that face... WOW. It looks like it could be a studio portrait photo of a real person.

Lovely! The red is not very contrasted which is usually what I receive as criticism but in this case I think it's really added value and I really like the effect, jumps out of the video!

And that face.....those flesh tones...... Wow!

Thank you all for the great comments, this was a real pleasure to paint, the face sculpt by Paulo (Offo) is really superb.
Red has always looked blown out when you photograph it but this was okay.

Cheers Mike, I surprised myself with this one. Just hope I can repeat this on the next figure.
The brick background is from a photographic website for a lightbox. Peedee put this up some years ago.
