Hello it has been a while. I have a question. I want to add a scar to a 200mm bust I have and need your ideas on how to pull it off. I use Apoxie Sculpt. Once I get the bust going I'll post some pics. Thanks for any help. Regards Brock

Brock - At the risk of pointing out the obvious - scars come in all shapes and sizes. Burns, cuts, slashes, stitched ones, deep, shallow, sword cuts, stab wounds, etc., etc. What effect are you trying to achieve? What do you want it to look like? If you know that and can describe it, then I'm sure several people will be able to offer help.

All the best,
Dan

Dan hello,
Frist let me say I have been watching the site not much time to post and your work is amazing. Ok here is what I need. He is going to be a FFL in the desert. I need to make it a scar from a earlier battle sword wound I would say. Starting above the eyebrow and running down the cheek. He'll have an eye patch. I want it to be noticeable not real faint. Ok guys give me those ideas. Thanks again Dan. Regards Brock

Thanks for the compliment, Brock! I'm still a work-in-progress.

Do you have the three Osprey books illustrated by Andrei Karachtchouk? MAA 364, The Russian Army 1914-18; MAA293, The Russian Civil War I - Red Army; or, MAA 305, The Russian Civil War (2) White Armies? All have illustrations and even a couple photos of healed facial sword wounds.

All the best,
Dan
