Wonderful painting on the horse, it would be great to see a close up of the figure especially the face.

Many Thanks
Tommi

It's superhuman technical power for certain.
You seem to be a queen of figure.
Anyway I'd like to request.
I'd like to see a facial close-up, too.

Credit where credit is due. Beautiful work!
Word was leaked to me at the MFCA show by a very reliable source that
work that reaches us from Russia is literally that of classically trained artists who originally worked the St. Petersburg fine art restoration circuit.
Pay was pathetic and they branched out into miniatures for the West to consume. In the beginning it was sweatshop work, but cream rises to the top, and decent money was being made ( in comparison to Gov't wages ). Many of these artists have branched out on their own.

From the technique employed by Nastya I have little doubt about her training and St. Petersburg connection.

Beautiful work.

I have yet to see a SBS by one of these classically trained artists.
Has anyone?

Hello Natasha
I would like to know what brushes you are using to paint such fine intricate designs also the type of paint used and how you get it to flow so well to get such a smooth and sharp finish in your patterns, do you just paint the pattern on or are you drawing in the design then painting over it, pretty stunning stuff however you are doing it.
Tommi

 I think this technic is the biggest secret for us! So we must hunt a russian paintor, to have this information, because they will never tell about it!

i dont think that brushes or paints do the difference. Training and many hours of painting on these intricate patterns do the difference . But you need talent to do this anyway
