Some months ago I painted a figure from Maurice.
Stupid me, glued the helmet from the figure backwards on the head. On the forum people saw it. Maurice send me a new helmet and face of the figure without asking.
He read the comment on PF and offered me a new head and helmet for free.
That is what I call SERVICE.

Well said Keith, the hobby is the better for Maurice's welcome re-entry. For my part I have nothing but praise for the way he is conducting his business. All of the Napoleonics I have bought have been well cast and packaged and on the odd occasion when a part has been missing after a short delay the situation has been rectified.
Hopefully the odd complaint here is due to over demand and the business will continue to be successful. Keep up the good work Moz.

I'm with the positivers. I have had nothing but excellent service and communication with Moz across two continents and two addresses and Moz has always come up trumps. To include a free 75mm figure ( a most excellent business move you must admit) which has no doubt increased orders to what is probably a small staffed business then I would expect some delays. To Moz's credit all mine have been sorted out as soon as he was aware of them. Moz keep up the great work it would be a shame to lose your talent again.

Maurice is running a cottage industry with probably not much help so it's to be expected that the service isn't as good as the big fellas.As the cost of the figures are extremely competitive compared to other companies a glich now and then is not the end of the world,or would you whingers like him to take on more staff which would speed up his operation,but would add greatly to the cost of the figures.You can't have it both ways.

Right Brian, I agree to 100% with your statement! I want not imagine the price for such a high qualtity figure, as for example the latest Dragoon Guards Officer at any big figure factory. So, for me it is no problem to wait some days longer for my order. I hope Motz will do his business for a long time further!!

I'd like to add my support. The service I have had is first class.. Ordered a model and it arrived, unfortunatley with the helmet peak broken, Emailed Maurice requesting I send it back for a replacement. He replied immediately saying he would put a new piece in the post the next morning.

I'm reluctant to post this here but has anyone else had problems contacting Mr Corry over the last week or so. I received an email saying an order was to be sent that day (approx 2 weeks ago) which hasn't arrived & no answer to my recent emails.

Hi all
My apologies to those experiencing a delay, its due to a number of factors not least i have had no caster for the last three weeks so i`m doing everything myself, i have dispatched everything now and as of today nothing is waiting, its took a lot longer than i expected but i`m sure that all will arrive in the next few days.
I hope that the £10 discount voucher that has been included with all the delayed orders will go some way toward compensating for the hold up.

I'm a new member and I just wish to add my opinion about Maurice Corry. I ordered 4 figures from Maurice and the service that he gave was outstanding, I live in Germany and he did not charge for posting, and I recieved my figures within 2 weeks. I was not disapointed when I received the figures they are the best that I have seen. Moz was always available when I contacted him and was indeed very helpful, I will be using his services again in the near future. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK MOZ.
