Loved the singalongamax format, just one familiar song after another, great stuff!!. Used to sculpt listening to an album by him and Victor Sylvester which had pretty much the definitive version of 'tea for two' on it. Excellent entertainer. RIP Max "I wanna tell you a story" Bygraves.

The golden oldies are slowly fading from the landscape...As an ex -scouser I still have Ken Dodd..I know he had his troubles but seeing the scale of the banking bandits crimes I thinks Kens fade into insignificance....
Last month I found 2 Cd's of Stanley Holloway in the American Bookshop !!! The Lion ate poor Albert Classic....
