I'd like to report here a personal experience that shows the professionalism level of Michael Kontraros and the support he provides for his products and buyers:
I recently ordered the "Elf Dragon Prince" in order to benefit from his "Christmas Sale" reduced prices.
The kit arrived very quickly and I couldn't wait to open the beautiful tin box.
Unfortunately when I opened it, I found that the figure was cracked behind the left hand and there was a small part missing.
I contacted Mr Kontraros and sent him a picture of the problem. He replied that he'll take care of it and not το worry about it.
After a few days a new figure of the "Prince" arrived.
I'm very happy with his immediate reaction and professional stance, because it's something we rarely see nowadays by small companies in the e-commerce world.
I thought the least I can do, was to thank him with a post here, so here it is.
