Hi all,

Another super little 1/32 (54mm) figure from Benoit Cauchies for David Allen's Wings Cockpit range.

John Belcher & I have again teamed up to provide our own takes on this one.
John has chosen black overcoat as per original Osprey plate that inspired this work.
I've opted for tan coat & Trinity College scarf.

Have a look below & tell us both - what do you think?

He's available from MDC here :)
My face painting WIP photos here too

That's a very nice figure. If you had painted a small, thin moustache on the face, it would have been 100% Errol Flynn ! Maybe you can still add it ?
A very, very nice figure that will look great with a Wingnut Wings biplane like an RE.8 !

Cool idea Johan :)
Thanks mate, agree would have been good to do but this little chap is a Brit Canterbury Old School boy.
Will leave that for another modeller ;)

Stay safe
Mike

Both are beautifully done. Although I would rethink shooting the dark painted model against a black backdrop. Most of the edges are lost.
Sweeet!! :wideyed::woot:(y)

Thanks again for your support of our work Mike.

Here's another couple of earlier shots John took so you all can appreciate the edging of his beaut :)

Trust that helps.

Amazing what a different paint scheme does for the same figure. Both figures are superb. I love the leather work of both jackets. The Black one looks stiff and hard wearing and the brown one looks soft and worn in. Top shelf stuff fellas
