Great start Mike. Who makes this?

Thanks for comment Ed, really neat figure this one & would recommend wholeheartedly.
When I bought mine from website mentioned they had less than 100 available.
You won't be disappointed if you pick one up.

Guys your supportive comments really help spur me on to complete this lovely duo.
Hope to share some more photos in a couple of week, will be interested to see what you think of finished product.

Thanks for taking time to comment.

That's some fine work Mike, and I really look forward to seeing the final product. You are one of those few that I keep an eye on and wonder, what is this guy going to do next?

Joe

Joe, I'm absolutely humbled by your comment, so glad these pieces help inspire you.
Thank you for your kindness.

Next up with be one of Andy Cairns unique busts. I'll be working on box art of his Bren Gunner, just cleaning up casting now, plan to start on it before end of month.

Stay safe,

Mike

Excellent job so far Mike. I've not seen the kit up close so I dont know how much expression is sculpted but either way your painting of the faces has really captured the emotion of the moment.
Looking forward to progress.
Cheers

Off to AB's tonite so no time for painting, had to work all day, working on last stages of this figure & making good progress on Andy's bust. Trying to get a move along now Les as starting to run out of time before Queensland in a couple of months & 3 projects to complete before then, will be tough ask given the distractions I'm liable to get.

Thanks for comments mate, talk again soon,

Mike

Expressions on both figures are well done Derek, both convey related emotion with eyes closed, brow & mouth do all the work ;-)

Thanks for posting your support.
