No she told me to F off years ago

Hadnt she been out early, she would have to stand in line these days. :cautious:

No I merely flip through it at the shop. If there are an article that I find interesting regarding research or modelling technique, I buy it. It was mostly for Steve Zaloga articles of a subject that I was going to build, somedays.

It seems like they have adressed newcomers to the hobby in many articles recently?

a definite no from me. Sometimes there is something that might interest, but it has fallen way behind other mags for AFVs, and as for figures? well.....how many variations on the same article are possible?

Carl I did subscribe last year digitally as it was only £11 for the year.
But I'm still just a kid, I only look at the pictures.
I wouldn't buy it again probably.
I only want to buy publications which show how to model well.
History I'll google it or buy specialist book, which is hardly ever.

Like any magazine it lives or dies on the editor, I haven't bought it for years so I cannot tell you who the editor is?

My wife works in the publishing industry, and knows how small the circle of people involved are.

It's a shame to see magazines die, but they are so overpriced and not with the times.

Long live Planetfigure, my daily fix! Well done Gordy!

All the best, Jon.

I flip through it on the magazine stand but haven't bought a copy since the 2011 euro Special.
It's sad but in so many ways I now get most of my inspiration and handy tips from Planet Figure, I don't need Military Modeling anymore.
