Finished this beast up last Night. He's a large piece with great sculpting and casting.
It really is a painters piece with so many textures, wood, bone, cloth, metals etc. It is also an unusual piece, in that it is split between lifelike and almost cartoon in certain aspects such as the weapons, but that just adds to the fun. I thoroughly enjoyed painting him.

That turned out really well. Can't believe how quickly you painted this, just goes to show there are some models that capture the painters imagination and we just cant stop working on them.
Particularly like the balance of colours throughout, complimentary and balanced.

It just flowed Del...an absolute joy to paint...even if I did have to do the swords twice! :rolleyes:
