Hi All,
Recently finished this 200mm figure from Mitches Military Models. This is a kit I had been looking at for a few years and never bought. When I heard we were doing a build for 100 years of the RAF at my local model club, it gave me the incentive to finally get it.
Some of the sculpting is a little soft compared to some of their newer kits. Things like the straps had no texture to them and the eye sockets are a bit uneven, but apart from that it still is a good kit with a nice pose. As usual I painted it with Vallejo acrylics. The oxygen mask wire I used a length of solder, as it was easy to bend and shape through the hand.
It was nice to finally build it.
Any Comments Welcome!
Cheers
Steve
