The Military Miniature Society of Illinois will hold its monthly meeting this Friday, Feb. 3, at the usual time and place: 7:30 p.m. at Oakton Community College (see www.mmsichicago.com if you need more info or specific directions). This month's topic: naval combat during the War of 1812, presented by Shep Paine. Don't miss it! Bring any figures, militaria, or other things of interest related to the topic, or any works in progress you want to share with the group. And come along for pizza and beer afterwards, as usual.
