One of the great products of Pegaso Models sculpted by Andrea Jula.
Montezuma Aztec Emperor at 75 mm scale, painted in acrylics and oils.

Fantastic Painting Alguhan. I agree with you. It is one of Pegaso's best figures. I have been accumulating references for painting my version. Thanks for posting. I have saved your photos.

Real nice figure and great paint job, I will tackle this one myself once I pluck up the courage.

Great Result

Great subject, brave undertaking, fantastic results. Question, has it been top coated with a clear coat yet?

Thanks friends, I am glad you like it.

Mark, yes it is really a great piece.

Tommi, you'll need that courage because this piece takes a lot of time and effort to paint it :)

EasyOff, I didn't give it a clear coat overall, and I won't, I think it looks ok to me how it is now. The shield and the cloak have been clear coated because I was afraid to loose those emblem paintings while I was handling the pieces.

Nicely done, the patterning and details are well done. I especially like the slightly different gold you acheived on the "beak" of the eagle on the head-piece. I think some parts look a tad glossy, but over a great effort!
