Hello,

A few asked for a few more shots of "Little Round Top."

Cheers,

Jon,
I really like the top photo. The background you used for the picture works well to add "atmoshpere". Godd action in this piece. I like the large flag in the setting as well.

I do have one thought, and I certainly don't mean to pick at the piece, as it speaks for itself. I was always one to paint nearly everything I add to my layout. This speaks especially for the ground work. It doesn't appear as if you painted the rocks or logs in this piece. If I'm wrong, you can ignore this and move on. If they aren't, all I would suggest is to give it a shot next time. Because your figures are painted, they blend in much more seamlessly to a ground work that is painted as well. Hope that makes sense. Great piece over all!

Marvelous diorama, Jon! I love that large flag and the idea of using the book as a backdrop is brilliant. My only complaint is with the overlit and underlit photos. If you take the photos out of doors, shutting off the flash on your camera, that should eliminate the light problems. Just a friendly suggestion!

All the best,
Dan

Beautiful! Simply Beautiful! I love your scene and the beckdrop.

Jon, Thanks for the additional pics. I second the "no flash" on the camera. A lot of digital cameras have a contrast feature that will make use of EVERY BIT of available light. You'll be surprised what these things can do sometimes. Give it a try.~Gary
