Completed Critique Mounted Celtic Warrior

Just finished this recent arrival on my work bench, Pegaso's Mounted Celt in 75mm (1/24). It was constructed right out of the box, I only added the broken column to the base, which I made from a cake decoration kit. Other than that, I don't really have much to add in the way of commentary, so please if you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask.

Wow ,that's some fast work . Well done . I like the colour choice of the horse . Was there any fit problems ?

Thanks Mario, there were no significant fit problems. A bit of careful filing and sanding, along with some mild filling took care of a few minor gaps, but nothing serious at all.

Thanks Steve, I was particularly pleased with the way the shield turned out. I almost lost my mind trying to do the Celtic knot work freehand, and the shield was already attached to the mounted rider! So thanks for the kind words.

I use acrylic as an undercoat, and oils for shadows and highlights. Mostly oils I would say if I had to choose one.
